'Fraid so! The Form Tools forums have been shut down now that Form Tools 3 has been released. See this post for more information: https://formtools.org/wordpress/?p=813

We'll leave the forums as readonly until the foreseeable future when the content is no longer useful. But at some point we'll be removing the forums altogether.
