As appreciated in the Orphan Clean-Up UI, here a screenshot of the test result.
12 orphans have been detected in TABLE field_settings.

I wouldn't worry about it, but thanks for posting the screenshot! The orphans section is just to identify records in the database that should have been removed by the core code. They won't do any harm left in.

I've fixed a number of these issues in Form Tools 3 and improved the code that does the clean up. I'd just leave them be.
