I'm running version 2.1.2 ...
I would now like to use placeholders for the name, first name and e-mail address.

I have installed the hooks manager but I can not handle it.

can you tell me what Code Hook should I choose?

possibly with an example for a PHP Code to get name, firstname und e.mailadress?

if not - formtools is unfortunately useless for me... Sad
