Hi Dave,

Does your form tag contain an enctype="multipart/form-data" attribute? That'll be required to upload the files. It's possible that without it, Form Tools is receiving the file info but not the file itself.

Is it an API form? If so, are you include the "file_data" => $_FILES key-value pair to the ft_api_process_form() function?
