IMPORT DATA Module issue - pol901pol - Jan 20th, 2011 I am trying to update my form tools version 1.5.1 to form tools 2.0.4 Everything went find until trying to import data from form tools 1.5.1. I get an error: Sorry, we couldn't import a form submission for one of your forms. The error MySQL gave was: Duplicate entry '12' for key 1 It seems my forms and data have been imported except for a couple forms. Email templates and such have not however. Is there any way to get around this and be able to import my email messages/templates from the old form tools? Thank you for your help. RE: IMPORT DATA Module issue - Ben - Jan 20th, 2011 Hi pol901pol, Hmm... I'd suggest deleting all your forms & clients within Form Tools 2 and re-run the installation. If you see the same problems again, we can go from there. A little curious it managed to get through some but not all - I added in a rollback mechanism to undo any successful imports in the even of failure... though perhaps it was only on the form-level. Yeah - try deleting everything first and let me know if you get the same error with the re-import. Ben |
