Backup form error - FTinfo - Nov 30th, 2015 Here is the error I received. " There was a problem inserting the new form's validation rules into the field_validation table. Please report this error in Form Tools forums: Duplicate entry '1-499' for key 'rule_id' " Any thoughts?
