Show blank all my forms - maluxs - Jan 22nd, 2016

I created my form internal type .
Create fields .
Create the user.
And when I give cick View to see the form and fill the file the page show in blank and not markk any error.
I tried changing the type of form to FormBuilder and to publish only shows me the title of the form .
Verify that they were selected in View section the field and all the fields are mark to Edit correct.
They can help me know what happens ?

Is the page completely blank or does it just not have the form fields that you set up? Can you attach a screen shot?

This is the page show me when I click in View in control panel

Im testing in firefox and show me blank firefox.jpg
If I testing in google chrome and show me this error

Error 500
The system encountered an error while extracting http://www.gestorescuela.com/formtools/admin/forms/edit_submission.php?form_id=3&view_id=3&submission_id=11&message=new_submission. It is possible that the server is down for maintenance or is not configured properly .

Can you help me

You might need to take a screen shot because I just get your login page.

Have you had formtools working properly before? Or is this the first time you are setting it up? If so it could be a problem with your installation.

When I click in View and see the records you can see that exist some records empty and I dont create this records this records creates when I click in Add button

About your cuestión. This is second time that I install the formtool in the first time Im testing creating one form and all function correctly but when I try to access again I dont remember my admin password and think that the answer are delete the formtool and install again. For this task Im only delete all the folder formtool and follow the steps to install again. My installation run correctly not show any error.
