Migration FYI - sandrews - Apr 1st, 2011 Just wanted to give a heads up if anyone needs to migrate their FormTools. I followed the instructions that Ben posted here: http://forums.formtools.org/showthread.php?tid=556 They are spot on except for one other tidbit (at least for me) of changing / checking the permissions on the theme cache folders. Until I did this last bit, I just got a blank page. So, per the install doc: "You need to ensure the /themes/default/cache folder is writable". Didn't know if this was covered somewhere else or not. And, if you have the "Form Builder" module installed, there is one more step. Select Menu ... Modules => Form Builder SELECT => Settings Default form folder (edit the path in there) UPDATE And then you must Re-Publish each of those Forms you created, correcting the [form folder path] for each one. |
