how to change client language????? - AB2011 - Apr 15th, 2011 Hello I am new user of formtools installed through softaculous auto installers..I want to change my client language to french from where should I change? RE: how to change client language????? - Ben - Apr 30th, 2011 Hi AB2011, Interesting, I didn't know Softaculous was including Form Tools in their release bundle. Good to know! To install new languages, you'll need to first download the appropriate file from here: http://translations.formtools.org/ Then unzip it locally and upload the file to your [form tools root]/global/lang folder. Once that's done, you can just log in as a user/administrator and select the new language. Note: client accounts will need to be permitted to choose their own languages. If that's not enabled, the administrator has to do it. Oh, and one last thing: the language file contents for 2.0.4, 2.0.5 and 2.0.6 are identical - so you can just download the 2.0.4 version and it will work fine. I'll be updating those language files shortly so the they'll show 2.0.5 and 2.0.6. Hope this helps! - Ben |
