500 error on step 3 - anonmousmomma - Sep 3rd, 2016 I ignored the Fail for MySQL version because 5.0 is newer than the required 4.0 version. Anyway I'm getting a 500 error. Yes PASS When checking my error logs, I'm getting the following: Sat Sep 03 21:32:43 2016] [error] [client XX.XXX.XXX.XX] File does not exist: /home/xxx/public_html/500.shtml, referer: http://xxx/formtools/install/step3.php I redacted some information but you should get the idea. Any advice? I haven't tried installing anything in years and may have lost my touch.
