Hello
I am here looking for some help creating my form, the documentation is very big to read, and I cannot find what I need quickly.
Whaty I am looking for is a form to submit an order, and i would like to integrate PayPal.
I am not sure if i will be able to make another form to search and display records from the orders page?
Kindly help

You can certainly create a form to accept orders, and integrate PayPal. The submitted information will be stored in FormTools, but I'm not sure what you mean by making another form to search and display records from the orders. If you are looking for a way for you or another client to view all of the orders, that is possible and what formtools does best!
I know the documentation is lengthy, but it should be simple to follow. Good luck!

thanks for the replay.
I have just created my form successfully, i was playing with it, everything seems to run, but now i have two main problems.
When I enable the email option to send me & the customer an email of the submitted order, the form takes around 3 ~ 4 minutes to finish. and it does send the email. but it take too long.
When I disable email sending, it works very quick and no delays.
The other issue, is I need to use some HTML code like invoice template to be filled int the email templates, but when I paste the code there, and submit a form, nothing happened

I'm glad you got it working!
Are you using the swift mailer module to send mail? I had the same problem and found that my mail server was set to have a delay in sending/receiving mail for some SPAM prevention methods. This may have something to do with it. To rule that out, you might set up a test email account on another server like gmail and use the swift mailer module. If it processes fast you will know it's a problem with a setting on your mail server.
As for the template issue can you show us what you are pasting into the template field? Is the email being sent at all or just not showing the template you created?

I will show you everything soon, but I am too busy trying to setup the form, and make it work as I want,then I will fix the email issue as suggested.
Now I have a new question.
I have multiple items to sell, so is there a way to make a drop box, and select from that drop box, the it will fill other fields once i select something from that drop box?

To make a dynamic form you will need to build a custom form outside of the form builder module. How you will accomplish that depends on where that data is coming from and what type of fields you are auto-filling based on the dropdown.
