no client logout option - trol1374 - Aug 14th, 2011 Hi, I'm using 2.1.0. I setup a client. Once client logs in and goes to view submissions. There is no menu for client to log out or move to another menu option. Am I missing some settting? RE: no client logout option - Ben - Aug 15th, 2011 Hi Trol, Curious! There's two things it could be. First, check to see what menu the client is assigned to (Client -> Settings tab -> Menu field), then click on "menus" in the left nav and select that menu. Does it have menu items in it? If not, add them in! But if the menu does have menu items, then for some reason they're just not showing up for the client. To make sure it wasn't a temporary glitch, log out then back in as that user (since you can't log out, just use a different browser). Same problem? If it's still a problem, that generally points to a server problem: sessions aren't being cached properly.
