Submission Accounts - Add form - oderuyter - Sep 19th, 2011

Hi Guys,

First post here - really love this little script! Right I have a question. I have multiple Forms, a submission users form goes into one form but I want them to be able to see all the entries (Read-Only) in another form - Is this possible?

I also have a question about Submission Accounts...

Is it possible for a user to delete their submission (account)? I can't seem to find a way.

Huh! Funny that this has never come up.

No, it's not really possible right now. However, as a workaround, you could add a form field to the View being used by the Submission Account saying "request delete account", and set it to a checkbox. Then, for the administrator, create a new View called "People requesting deletion" (or something), which has a filter to only show submissions with that checkbox checked. The admin could then monitor it and delete those accounts themselves.

Any help?

Thanks Ben! This should work for now.

We are using the website for our school and as students finish grade 5 and move on to middle school we have to delete the account. It is easier giving them the option to do it themselves but this will do.
