[SOLVED] Custom print layout - paullanders - Oct 25th, 2011 Form Tools seems to be exactly what I need, except that I also need to be able to print the submitted fields onto a pre-printed paper form. The Export Manager module lets you customize exactly how you want the information to be exported / displayed. You can create custom ways using whatever CSS you want to have the info printed. However, a simpler method may well just be to download the info via Excel or CSV, then print from there.
