See Forms On website - teamwebb2007 - Dec 15th, 2011
Newbie to Form Tools. How do clients see the forms to fill in needed information, such as registration, volunteer, etc. Bet it's something super easy and I'm just trying to reinvent the wheel. If anyone could help would be truly grateful.

Provide them with a link to the page where you created the form. Am I missing the concept of your question?

I looked under admin for the submission form I created and could not find it. I know I am suppose to find it by ID, not sure what I am doing wrong.

I am trying to use the internal api to create my forms instead of creating them outside of FT.

I think I understand (I'm kind of a newbie, too).
Once you've created your internal Form, you should be able to see it from the Forms link (in the left margin). Then under the column for Submissions, click the "View" link for the form you want to fill out. Then click to add a submission.
See Ben's documentation here: http://docs.formtools.org/userdoc2_1/?page=adding_internal_forms
