Internal form problem - jdkarate - Jan 25th, 2012 I am working with a rather large form (probably over 300 fields) and I get the first part of the form completed .... it has information relative to a customer. Anyway, the first 12 fields go in just fine its when I have to input the 13th field (which is the name of a specific flower (301-Alyssum Clear Crystal White) that the form will no longer update. I press update and the 13th field completely disappears and I can't go any further. Any suggestions? I tried putting in the name as: 301-Alyssum Clear Crystal White and Alyssum Clear Crystal White Neither works. The field just disappears. Thanks for the help. RE: Internal form problem - Ben - Jan 26th, 2012 Hi jdkarate, Sorry you're having trouble! Is this a dropdown / radio / checkbox field? I'm just wondering if maybe the space allocated in the database isn't enough to house that data. If it's set to <=20 chars, it won't save & the selected value won't appear to save. You can change that setting on the Edit Form -> Fields tab. Any help...? - Ben |
