Form Builder Install Problem - Incorrect table name - Printable Version

Form Builder Install Problem - Incorrect table name - karks88 - Mar 29th, 2012

I just bought a license for the Form Builder module and am running into an issue trying to install it. Here is the error I receive:

Quote:There was a problem creating the tables/data for this module. Please report the following error in the forums: Incorrect table name 'name withheld for security'

I of course removed the actual name of the table for security reasons. When I originally installed Form Tools, I used a custom database prefix. I imagine that has something to do with the problem?

Hi Karks,

I'm afraid I wasn't able to try any errors when using a custom database prefix, so it doesn't look like that's the cause.

Maybe try a completely clean install. Uninstall the module through the interface, then delete the /modules/form_builder module on your site. Re-download the zipfile from the site, re-upload it and try going the install process again. If you still run into trouble, I don't suppose it would be possible to get access to your installation so I could try installing it myself? If so, send me an email at ben.keen@gmail.com.

Thanks for your reply, Ben. I did give the clean install a shot but the same error came up. I will email you the server info.
