Time Offset - braven - Apr 2nd, 2012 I'm sure this has been covered here but I can't find it when I do a search. I wanted to change the Time Zone to Pacific, yet if I offset it 3 hours the time does not change on the submission, if I change it back to the no offset, I get the same time (3 hours later than Pacific). Does this have to do with the time zone of my server? Why wouldn't it change when I change it? Thanks! Changing the time offset should change all related submission to that account automatically ..... but Note that you should change the offset for EACH client or it won't change their submissions. To change the time offset for clients " from administrator panel " go to " Client > Edit ( beside client name ) > Settings > Time offset " That worked fine for me ... if it didn't work for you i suggest you upgrade to the latest version if you don't have it.
