Formtools capabilities-Report Project - Sandsy - May 6th, 2012 Hi There! I am looking to create a form which can be filled out on site (a property inspection report) on ipad or iphone. Once the questions (fields) have all been answered, i then want it to convert the form into a complete report, ready for the client to open and read. The thing is that the form needs to be filled out in a different order to how the final report is to be formatted. The fields also need to have dropdown boxes to click and select the correct answers. Is there someone who can advise us on this? I am not a computer type person. Please help! [/font]
