Email Configuration - a270614 - Sep 12th, 2012 I have my form posting to MySQL table, successfully send test mails with Swift Mailer, but cannot configure the Email Template. I did the following: - Created "Email Template" template under Configuration tab under Emails - Enabled it - Checked "On form submission" - Note: The "Advanced Settings" link does nothing, but it is hyperlinked. Should it not open some advanced settings options? - I "Update Email Template" and it is successful - Under the "Recipient(s) tab, I add a subject, and custom from and reply-to, but I cannot add a recipient. Shouldn't I be able to add a recipient? I click Add and nothing happens when I try my email or custom. - Under the Content tab, the "View Placeholders" link does nothing when I click it. The HTML Template and Text Templates do nothing. - On the Test tab, I have filled in the fields, but nothing happens when I click the Send Test Email or Display Email buttons. I have gone over the documentation and do not find some of the options shown or mentioned there. http://docs.formtools.org/userdoc2_1/index.php?page=emails_configuration_tab Can anyone offer any help or point me to a solution? Again, everything works great except this Email part. It does nothing but Swift Mailer works and the form updates the database. thanks, Mark RE: Email Configuration - a270614 - Sep 13th, 2012 ...any takers??? ...i completely uninstalled, reinstalled, reconfigured, followed install and configure docs to the letter - same thing. Anyone have any suggestions? Anyone have any suggestions? All of those things you mention above are done through jQuery (I think). Since you're not able to see the jQuery results it sounds like you have a javascript problem with your browser (but I'm really no expert on this). Have you tried a different browser (and even a different computer) just to be sure? |
