Client Email does not work - azism - Dec 27th, 2012
My client wanted to get a new password as he forgot his password. When asking for a new password, the Form Tools option for sending him a new password via email did not work. I even tried it for him just to verify what was happening, and using his email of record, he never received anything.
Any ideas why he doesn't get a new password? Or even an email? I know the email address is correct as I correspond with him frequently.

Have you confirmed that FormTools has the ability to send out mail with that particular installation? I would start with that, maybe to see if it works with anyone else. Also, has he checked his Spam folder? Just a thought!

Yes, emails go out with no problem. And yes, nothing in the spam folder. He gets the reports of new submissions to the form he is moderating.
