client email not visible - oknystrom - Feb 5th, 2013 Hi I have aready designed a website & am having problems with the forms page via the process page?....When people submit forms via the website, their email address does not show up in my email....though Iam receiving their email...rather it has an anonymous sender...Can you help me figure out why this is? RE: client email not visible - Joe - Feb 5th, 2013 Hi Oanh, When you are setting up your email for the form please go through the following steps. - Click "Edit" icon - Recipient(s) tab - Proceed through the fields for "Click here to specify which form fields are email fields, so you can target them in your email templates." and match the email field to the form field that is assigned to your email - Return to the Recipient(s) tab - For the "From" field select "Form Email Field" Cheers, Joe |
