No email being sent on submission. - mwd - Feb 27th, 2013 I've installed form tools 2.2.5 via softaculous on our server and everything appears to be working fine using the direct method with our own form except I don't receive an email on submission. Both test form submissions I made tonight are showing in the database, but I don't see any email options under the admin panel. Shouldn't there be a tab for emails, templates, etc.? Any guidance would be appreciated. Thanks. The email option in the admin panel should be under: - Forms - Select form that you created and click edit icon - Email tab is next to the View tab If it's not there Form Tools may not have been installed properly. Under modules you can run a system check to ensure everything is installed properly.
