Emails not pulling data - jschnyderite - Mar 11th, 2013

I'm using the newest install of FT.

I have a form that is capturing data correctly when I look at the records, but when sending emails, the fields are just filled with zeros. I used email templates within formtools.

Any ideas?

We haven't heard of any users running into this issue before. Usually the emails send or don't send but never send with zeros only. Try running a system check to ensure everything is installed properly.

System check was fine, but I reinstalled.

Still has the same issue. Maybe it is something in the confirmation I'm setting up? or a server setting? I noticed when installing it says I have Shoshin extension active...could that cause this?
