Can't Edit Form Submissions Form Data Gone - darkhelm - Apr 11th, 2013
Using form tools 2.2.5
Originally I was having trouble with an existing installation of Form Tools which just suddenly quit working. When I tried to log in the login page would be reloaded and "message=notify_no_account_id_in_sessions" would be appended to the URL. I performed the fix at http://forums.formtools.org/showthread.php?tid=22 and was able to log in.
Now when I go to view form submissions the search feature doesn't work (some fields missing?) and if I click to edit a submission all the fields are not just blank but gone. Note that the submission data is visible when you click the "VIEW" link on the form list, but if you click the "edit" icon for any submission the issue occurs. Please see links to screenshots at the end of the post.
I'm not sure if this has anything to do with the previous issue above or not. Then only thing that has changed since everything worked last was my hosting company moved my site to a new server. The domain name did not change. My hosts customer support says everything transferred correctly and look to be configured correctly. Maybe I'm missing something? This is occurring across all my forms.

Strangely this problem seems to have rectified itself without any additional help from me. I guess the cause will remain a mystery, although my money is on something the hosting company did and later fixed.
