SQL vs mySQL - johnbleck2 - Apr 22nd, 2013 We have licensed SQL databases where I work, and would like to store our data in an SQL database instead of a mySQL db using these tools. If we set up a mySQL db and replicated the tables and field names (data type(s) as close as possible) to an SQL database, how much manual intervention would be necessary to use the SQL db with these form tools? Or do the form tools "require" a mySQL db? RE: SQL vs mySQL - Joe - Apr 25th, 2013 Hi John, Form Tools requires a MySQL database. We've had other request to use a SQL database but it is a tremendous amount of work. Sorry. Cheers, Joe |
