[Solved] Email Content form not editable - CaCO3 - May 4th, 2013 Hi all I installed FormTools 2.2.5 and all works fine except the Email Content. In the EDIT EMAIL TEMPLATE page, I tried to enter manually some text in the HTML and TEXT field, but it seems to be read only. Also, when I select one of the examples, nothing gets filled into the text fields, they always stay empty. The mouse pointer changes to the text tool symbol, so its correctly detected as text fields, but I can not set the cursor nor enter any text. I did the System Check and all is fine, also I tried 3 different Web Browsers. All show the same behavour. Only IE8 is a bit more odd: When I click on "View Placeholders", it opens the Help page, but it stays empty. All other browsers show the help page. Ok, after writing the email it dawns on me. I have a URL/Keyword filter in my router against adult stuff. Disabling tht one makes the filed editable and also the examples work. How ever in IE8 the help page is still emty (but who uses IE8). RE: [Solved] Email Content form not editable - Joe - May 6th, 2013 Isn't that interesting. Thanks for sharing. Cheers, Joe |
