Form_ - tjax - May 28th, 2013 Hi there, I have a LAMP appliance installation of Form Tools, and I have recently purchased the form builder module. I have followed the instructions http://docs.formtools.org/userdoc2_1/?page=installing_modules to the letter, but the module doesn't appear in the list to install. The directory is there under /var/www/formtools/modules as form_builder and the permissions are all set as the other folders. Why can't I see this in the admin interface to install? I am running FormTools 2.2.5 Thanks Tim RE: Form_ - Joe - Jun 3rd, 2013 Hi Tim, Through the admin interface please go to Modules and then go to the bottom of the interface and click "Refresh Module List". Sometimes the modules do not appear automatically. If you it still does not appear you may need to delete the module and upload to the directory again. If that fails, there may be some issues with the Form Tools installation and you will need to run a system check to repair any issues. Please let me know if you are able to see the Form Builder module after these steps. RE: Form_ - tjax - Jun 3rd, 2013 Hi there, I think I fixed this - I extracted the .tar and not the zip - you might want to check the contents of the zip and check all the files are present.
