Number of words someone can type in form is limited - How to change this? - Ryan W Glass - May 29th, 2013 I have come across a problem and have searched the forums but can't find the answer so... I have set up a number of simple 'contact us' type forms on different websites using formtools. It appears that the number of characters that a person filling in the form can write is limited (it seems to be limited to less than 50 words). The emails that are received are cut short if they are longer than that. Is there a way that I can change this so that longer messages can be received? Thanks for your help! RE: Number of words someone can type in form is limited - How to change this? - Joe - Jun 3rd, 2013 Hey Ryan, You can change the field size to change the number of characters field can accept. - Select your form - Edit icon - Fields tab - Edit field size to text if you need more characters Cheers, Joe |
