Two Separate Form Submissions error - im4u_fforum - Jun 17th, 2013

Hi,

I have two set of forms with separate thank you pages. The name attributes of each are separate too. One form is on the index page with only name and email fields while the second one is a general contact page with around 5 fields.

Having integrated the two with the Form tools via API instructions the two forms test alright in the first instance when they go live. However, within two submissions the data gets sent to the wrong form IDs. Sometimes forms get submitted in only one ID returning the said thank you page.

For example if I fill Form 1 the data gets submitted/sent/registered to Form 2 ID in form tools and returns the Form2 thank you page without registering submission to the original form ID.

Could you advise why this is happening and what needs to be done to have separate submission maintained for these two forms?

Many thanks
Hi,

I found this in the discussion after writing my post and it helped me solve the problem...thanks to Ben once again!!
