The hosting has the following versions Apache version 2.2.24, PHP version 5.3.26, MySQL version 5.1.70-cll... so it is fine. But when I enter to the webpage: http://www.webpage.com/formtools/install , I got the following error: Internal Server Error The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request. Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@webpage.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error. More information about this error may be available in the server error log. Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request What could be missing? I tried to create a config.php like was suggested on the thread "Error after Installation", but it does not work Thanks in advance for your cooperatin Luis |
