Blank Screen when I try to Install - HMcCue - Jul 18th, 2013 Hi, Need a little help.... I 'm getting a Blank white screen before I even get to the install I downloaded the file, unzipped, uploaded via ftp to my hosting account. When I try go to http://www.domain.com/formtools I just get a blank page, no error message. Same if I go http://www.domain.com/formtools/install I've tried changing the permissions on the /themes/default/cache to 777. No luck. (My Hosting account is running PHP version: 5.2.17 MySQL version: 5.5.32) Thanks!!! Typically when a blank screen appears the most common causes are either missing files or permission issues (usually the themes/default/cache-folder not being full read-writable).
