How do I setup "submission account" for new Form? - M5000 - Jun 6th, 2017 The probelm is in Modules » Submission Accounts » Configure New Form When I choose Form value I get the message: "Error: Not Found". Then I can select Form, View and Theme. After the "Add" action I got: "• Please select the field which will act as the username. • Please select the field which will act as the password." But I can not select them. They are always disabled. Where could be the problem? RE: How do I setup "submission account" for new Form? - former - Jun 21st, 2017 Faced the same issue.
