Getting 500 Internal Server Error when trying to access settings - sogreen - Jul 27th, 2013 Everything was working fine. I set up most of the forms. Then I clicked on "settings" and I was redirected to the following page below. I performed the System Check Module and everything was good except the 11 items found in the orphan clean up. Could this have caused my problem? I have inserted an image. Shortly after, my IP address was blocked and my host company told me the network IP was blocked due to mod_security.
