Form using FT not being integrated with payment gateway - hrox4u - Oct 21st, 2013
Hi,
I am building a site for an upcoming conference and have got stuck at the form page that is supposed to redirect to the payment gateway and pass values along the way.
The status is as follows:
1. Formtools captures all the fields when the Registration Form is being submitted
2. I have checked the 'Pass On' checkbox to pass the values that are required by the payment Gateway, which in my case is CCavenue
3. I see the checked values in the URL when it is redirecting, however - here is where the problem begins - CCavenue (my payment gateway) does not seem to receive these values and claims they are not being passed
I seriously need some help as I am not very good at Javascript/PHP and make do with whatever little I know. I have tried to do all I can but nothing has changed.
Would highly appreciate immediate help as I need to open registrations for my conference and am running two weeks behind schedule.

Hi Harsh,
I've never used CCavenue before however if the values are passed in the URL then I don't think the issue is from Form Tools. It may be an issue with the variable names if CCavenue does not receive the values. I would try to manually create a URL with all the values and see if CCavenue accepts that.
