cannot receive contact form emails - websitesurf - Feb 21st, 2014 My domain's MX records point elsewhere and cannot send emails to my domain from the web webpage. the MX records is set to a external mail server, it may be that hosting system assumes the MX is hosted locally and it fails delivering locally to external mail server. PHP mail() is ON but the hosting don't have option for "Remote Mail Exchanger" to indicate all email sent to this domain from webpage should be delivered externally based on the MX record(s). Any suggestions and solutions would be a great help.
