Set email notifications for submissions? - rachogg - Mar 28th, 2014 Hello, I have set up an external form on my site but cannot see where I can set email notifications for submissions. In addition, when forms are submitted I've noticed that some of the data is missing, for example my radio selections, check boxes and text area don't show the information the user input. Any help is much appreciated! Rachel RE: Set email notifications for submissions? - kaamil20 - Mar 31st, 2014 You should to activate the email notification because these are very good for the alert you of new updates. RE: Set email notifications for submissions? - buchanan - Apr 2nd, 2014 I can only speak to the email notification question, it took me a good long time to get that far! You need to access your form tools intall (I had to do this via cPanel, then to Softalicious, then finding Form Tools from there. It should list the current installs, then you need to click on the Admin link/icon. Next, click 'forms', then the edit button next to your form listing, you should get a tab that lists 'email'. select your admin email from the recipient's pulldown menu, then click the ADD button add subject line if you wish ! click on UPDATE EMAIL TEMPLATE there are other tabs in this area that will allow to defined what fields are included, what the emailed info. will look like etc. - hope this helps |
