Two forms, same server, different time stamps? - Shylock - Apr 8th, 2014 Hi Has anybody else had this issue? We have two forms in the same folder, on the same server, assigned to the same client but one shows submissions an hour behind the other one. Is there a setting somewhere that sets the time zone per form? Any ideas much appreciated. RE: Two forms, same server, different time stamps? - grahame - Apr 14th, 2014 Hi I don't know if there's a time setting per form but I do know I have had misleading times shown on them. There is a time offset in the main form tools settings (settings->accounts), there is also an offset on individual client accounts and a a further offset in the admin account settings. Having checked these to make sure they are all set the same, my forms' times now seem to make sense! HTH you? RE: Two forms, same server, different time stamps? - Joe - Apr 14th, 2014 There is a system time offset for clients as well but not per form. Cheers, Joe |
