Yes, it still works to find employment in classified ads, but they prefer to search for jobs on the internet. During the 90s, people were used to seeing jobs in classified ads. But as with the evolution of the internet, people switched to online job boards to find employment. People like to explore jobs on the internet.
 
Applying through classified ads is a very tedious process. Searching for jobs on the internet is very convenient and hassle-free.
