Robotech RE: Import from 1.5.1 error - Ben - Oct 3rd, 2009 Hi Robotech, I've logged this as a bug here: http://bugs.formtools.org/index.php?cmd=view&id=149 I have a few things on my plate today, but I'll try and get to it later this evening. If you haven't heard back in a couple of days, just post a reminder. All the best - Ben RE: Import from 1.5.1 error - robotech - Oct 4th, 2009 Hi Ben I have fixed this issue I download a new copy of formtools 2 today and tried a fresh install which worked fine, added the import mod and this time I set the import setting to the same user and pass as the old formtool 1 as i used the new userid and pass set in formtools 2 for this as they both had permissions on the old and new data bases, did not think it would make any difference but i guess it did. This time Import work great got all clients and form data Thanks for this great tool Robotech RE: Import from 1.5.1 error - Ben - Oct 4th, 2009 Wonderful! I was worried I wouldn't have time to get to this this weekend, so this is a nice surprise. Glad it's working out. - Ben RE: Import from 1.5.1 error - garland3@llnl.gov - Jan 21st, 2010 Ben, I am getting the following error X Sorry, we couldn't import your old form. MySQL gave the following error: Unknown column 'user_email_field' in 'field list' It doesn't matter if I use the same user and login on the database or a different one. I still get the same error. Jill RE: Import from 1.5.1 error - Ben - Jan 28th, 2010 This will be fixed in tonight's build. Apologies, folks. - Ben |
