Since technically, you may have selected thousands of rows, the email functionality needs to be able to handle that kind of volume and not choke. The latest version of the Swift Mailer plugin has a couple of anti-flooding settings to allow for this, but the Form Tools UI would also need to accommodate such lengthy requests. Anyway, good idea!
