Submission Pre-Parser - 403 error when saving rules - emmaw - Oct 2nd, 2014 Hi - I'm running FormTools 2.2.6 and version 1.1.4 of Submission Pre-Parser. I've used it before on sites and had no issues with it but it was ages ago I last installed it so I'm not sure if I'm missing something. I have no issues installing the submission pre-parser - everything goes smoothly until I enter a rule in the pre-parser and click save, at which point it throws a 403 ('you do not have permission to access this page') error. I've tried playing around with the FTP permissions but if I change them to anything other than their original values I then can't access any pages within the module - I get a 500 server error. Can anyone suggest what I might be able to do? I really like FormTools and using a hidden field with the pre-parser was previously my preferred method of spam protection, but I can't get it working on this site for some reason. Many thanks and best wishes, Emma |
