I get the following errors on my test.php form:
Warning: date(): It is not safe to rely on the system's timezone settings. You are *required* to use the date.timezone setting or the date_default_timezone_set() function. In case you used any of those methods and you are still getting this warning, you most likely misspelled the timezone identifier. We selected the timezone 'UTC' for now, but please set date.timezone to select your timezone. in /Users/garycollins/Sites/formtools/global/code/general.php on line 699

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /Users/garycollins/Sites/formtools/global/code/general.php:699) in /Users/garycollins/Sites/formtools/modules/form_builder/global/code/generator.php on line 447

any ideas whats causing this? on line 699 I don't see any timezone function. Do I need to add it in?
