500 server error when form page is submitted - eastbay - Nov 5th, 2014 Hello. I am getting a 500 server error when going through a form after submitting last page as a client. It does not take me to a "Thank You" page. This has not been going on too long and the form before this has been working fine for over a year. As a logged in administration, the contents of the form is received, but the client receives the error or a blank page depending what what OS is used and which browser, and there are no signs that the form has been sent. I created a simple test form and it went through fine, but all created forms, including forms I duplicated as a backup give me the error (or blank page) at the end. I have run the form through all the tests through Modules: System Check, and all tests have passed. I have also cleared themes/(theme-folder)/cache just in case. If you have a suggestion I would love to hear it. RE: 500 server error when form page is submitted - eastbay - Nov 13th, 2014 Followup: This issue has been resolved. In Modules / Swift Mailer, a gmail account is used as the SMTP Server. It apparently had something to do with the Google security settings blocking access to the server. To fix we lowered the Google security settings. Currently we are using smtp.gmail.com and port 465, and SSL for the encryption and it is working.
