Error on Installation - BCanha - Nov 11th, 2014 After uploading the files I go to the folder and get this error: "Warning: require_once(global/session_start.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory" RE: Error on Installation - alexh - Nov 11th, 2014 Have you confirmed that the file /global/session_start.php is there? If not, I would re-install, as something probably went wrong when uploading the files. If it is there, I would check your config.php file to make sure the paths are all correct: http://docs.formtools.org/userdoc2_1/?page=config_file RE: Error on Installation - zurkan - Apr 8th, 2015 I downloaded the zip file and uploaded it to the hosting site, under a pre-existing subdomain. (I use 1and1.com.) I then uncompressed the file and accessed the installation web page, via that subdomain. This part worked fine.
