Error in Step 1 of Form Tools 1 DB Settings - zhappo - Jan 8th, 2015 During step 1 of the Import Data, I received this error: Sorry, there was a problem importing the form fields for one of your forms. The MySQL error was: Table 'xxxxx_xxxxx.ft_field_option_groups' doesn't exist I check and the table does not exist. When was this table supposed to be created and by what process? What steps do I need to take to continue the process of migrating the existing content into the new FT install? Thanks for the help in advance.
