Receipt Email Question - kapitaldesigns - Mar 22nd, 2015 Hello fellow FT users! I am a newbie to form tools and I am lovin' it so far! I apologize if this question has been asked, but I was not able to locate a similar one. A little background info. about my situation: I am starting my own web design business and have constructed a contact form. I was getting frustrated at trying to figure out the logistics of configuring the form submission myself and discovered form tools. *thank goodness* Everything is good to go and I get a copy of my submission in an easy-to-navigate database - and that is great! However, what I would like to know is, how do I receive a copy of what has been submitted from my form to my email? RE: Receipt Email Question - alexh - Mar 23rd, 2015 kapitaldesigns, Check out the documentation for the email tab: http://docs.formtools.org/userdoc2_1/?page=configure_form_email_fields Go to the edit form screen for your form, and click on the email tab. You can then configure it to send you an email upon form submission. You will need to add your email address, etc. and then you can figure the content of the email. There is a template in the content field that will display all of the submission data in the email, or you can configure it on your own. Enjoy! |
