New installation problem - polelum - May 14th, 2015 Hello, I am completely new here. I just installed FTOOLS. I can see the newly created form on the list, but have completely no idea, WHERE the form is? Where should I look for? What is the online address of the form? Your help will be appreciated. I attached the screenshot of what I can see on the list. It says "online". Andrew RE: New installation problem - alexh - May 20th, 2015 Looks like you made an internal form. Click on the little paper/pencil icon next to the red X on the right hand side of the screen shot you posted. That will get you to the form. Since it's an internal form, you'll click to add a new submission. Alex
