Form BuilderCustom HTML added to the published file doesn't work as it does standlone - arunkpr1992 - Jul 8th, 2015 I created a form with Form Builder and published the PHP file. Then to match the form to the looks of my website I wanted to give it the default navigation (header and footer) on my website. Navigation does show up but the link in navigation are not working and following PHP errors are thrown as well (I'm using mmenu).
