Help. New and Struggling - funade - Jul 28th, 2015 I'm new to Form Tools but I'm trying to design a form so people can submit abstract for a conference later this year. I've designed the form but 1. I can find how to put a "Submit" button on. Now with the continue burron, when I press it after completion, instead of going to the "thank you" page, I get this Notice: Undefined index: field_settings in /homepages/25/d346515562/htdocs/IMSG/Forms/global/code/field_types.php on line 1040 Notice: Undefined index: field_settings in /homepages/25/d346515562/htdocs/IMSG/Forms/global/code/field_types.php on line 1040 I have deleted the form, reloaded another copy of Form Tools and redesigned the form and I still get the same message. Once it works, how can I embed the form on a page on my site. I am trying to get people using it to put in a username and password before submitting and I put these as fields on the form and used the filter to make it compulsory but it seems as long as I fill it, it doesn't match what I put in the filter an it goes.! Captcha? I tried but it didn't work. Loads of query from a novice but I need to get everything working by the weekend Cheers. |
